Our Team

  • Cameron A. Mitchell - Writer/Director

Cameron has been writing all his life. Growing up in Anchorage, Alaska, there was nothing else to do.

When he moved to LA he discovered his love of directing and realized how important it was to build the right team. Writing was something he could do alone, but filmmaking is not a solo art; it involves collaboration at every level. He made sure to come away from every gig with new contacts, new friends, and new members of his team.

In 2017 he started his production company Tequila Mockingbird Productions. He wanted to produce his own work outside the rigors and obstacles of the studio system, but more than that, he wanted to help new and underrepresented voices create their films. He’s helped countless creatives tell their stories in the years since.

Cameron’s debut feature This Sucks was released in 2024. It is currently available on Amazon Prime and Tubi.

  • Meg Parker - Producer

Making nightmares real, on time and under budget.

Meagan Parker is a Los Angeles-based producer with a passion for grounded, character-driven horror and a proven ability to deliver high-quality films under tight budgets. She excels at transforming limited resources into cinematic, immersive storytelling, ensuring every production value is felt on screen.

Her work spans both narrative features and large-scale productions. Known for her calm under pressure, precision in logistics, and ability to build strong creative teams, Meagan thrives in the unpredictable world of indie filmmaking. She is especially drawn to horror as a lens for social commentary, crafting bold, unsettling stories that stay with audiences long after the credits roll. She met Cameron on set in 2023, when she was producing a slate of award-winning short films for an indie company.

Meagan is currently in post production on her latest feature, Beyond The Crashing Waves, directed by Michael Baumgarten and starring Billy Zane.

  • Matthew S. Robinson - Producer

Matthew S. Robinson is an award-winning filmmaker, as well as an award-winning playwright. Robinson has produced several feature films including Death Suspects a Murder, My Friend Violet, A Killer High School Reunion, Magdalena, and Ensnared.

Matthew and Cameron met on set and quickly realized how much they enjoyed working together. They’ve collaborated on several projects in the years since.

When he's not working on spreadsheets or researching for his next project, Matthew can be found yelling at the Cincinnati Bengals through his TV.
